St Mary's church, based in the village of longnewton is a friendly place to find out more about God, to be welcomed into a warm family, and to discover more about what God's call on your life might be. Whether you consider yourself a Christian yet or are putting the pieces together, do be in touch and come and discover more about the God who gives meaning, purpose, and wholeness to life.

We run mid week home groups, a lunch dropin, a friendship group, as well as a range of social events over the year. We work closely with St Mary's primary school in the village and are a relaxed and friendly community. The fourth service of the month is cafe style, and the rest follow the common worship pattern if you are familiar with that. If you would prefer to meet Matt or one of the team before coming along please do get in touch. Several weeks a month Paul who is a wonderful retired minister in the team takes the service on a sunday morning so expect one of us to give you a warm welcome
