St George's is a welcoming, vibrant world-diverse, inclusive church. We worship in the catholic tradition of the Church of England and the Mass or Eucharist is central to our identity. We have deep roots in tradition and deep roots in our neighbourhood: beautiful worship is our aim, yet this is never at the expense of being real about who and where we are. We are reverent but unfussy, serious about the sacred mysteries but with smiles on our faces and laughter in our bellies.

The Liturgy (the structure of the service) has been passed down to us and we receive it as a gift that holds and sustains us in all of our mess, unbelief, reverence and longing. We have a rhythm to our worship, a pattern that keeps us rooted in the mysteries of faith no matter what is going on for us personally or collectively.
