For 1000 years St John’s has been a special spiritual sanctuary at the heart of the local
community. We need your help to continue God’s work.

While we typically and efficiently cover most of our running costs, our income is often less
than our overall expenditure. We need to pay our way, to ensure the continuation of our
unsalaried priest living in our parish, enabling all the weddings, baptisms, funerals and
community events, which we can too easily take for granted.

Gift aid is easily added and the scheme saves us a lot of administration time. Gifts can be made annually, quarterly or monthly and there is the option to increase the amount each year in line with inflation if you wish.

Whatever you can give, large or small, will be gratefully used for God’s glory in this parish.
